Rich Leitka is a master level USATF certified official and has been USATF certified since the middle 1980's. Rich has been a member of the Oklahoma Championship Track & Field meets as the head inspector/umpire or starter since 1992. Rich has experience varying from the collegiate level to summer youth track and field meets. Experience as Starter: AAU district, state, region 8 USATF district, state, region 9 Numerous high school meets in Oklahoma and Texas Oklahoma High School State Track & Field Championship Univ of Oklahoma, Univ of Tulsa, Oklahoma Baptist Univ Oklahoma Christian Univ, Oklahoma State University Experience as Head Umpire: NJCAA National Outdoor Championship NCAA Division II National Outdoor Championship NAIA National Outdoor Championship NCAA Midwest Regional NCAA Mideast Regional Big 8/12 Conference Championship Oklahoma High School State Track & Field Championships
